- Firstly, we are not transactional. We look for long-term partnerships for your special vehicles, rather than one-off projects. This gives us a deep understanding of your unique needs, timeframes and the requirements of your customers.
- Secondly, we act as close partners to your team, rather than just suppliers. This avoids misunderstanding and helps us reduce project turnaround time. It also helps us keep costs to a minimum, avoid missed deadlines and other issues that so often plague customer/supplier relationships.
- Thirdly, we are non-standard by nature. Although we follow established design, development, testing and production protocols, we take individual challenges as our starting point, rather than finished products. In other words, manufacturers come to us with a design challenge and we work with their engineers to find a way of manufacturing parts that meet their design requirements – with a cost and time scale that makes sense. We don’t propose a particular product or way of working as the only solution and expect our customers to fit in with that.
- Finally, we are non-restrictive in our approach to customer service. We fit in with your design engineer’s way of working. This varies from company to company – some projects require different levels of involvement than others. We will undertake any action necessary to facilitate a successful outcome, whether that involves taking complete ownership of production or simply acting as consultants at the prototyping stage. We are happy to advise on the design itself and help you improve your specifications to enhance performance, cut costs or speed up delivery as appropriate.
